Natural Alpine salt-water with a high mineral content flows directly into the spa's pools and steam rooms. The beneficial effects of salt on the body are manifold: it prevents colds, it is nourishing to dry skin and it relaxes muscles and joints. Intense relaxation is achieved by a session in the underground flotation chamber whilst time spent in the salina thorn room inhaling the salty air has a wonderful cleansing affect on the respiratory tract. The massage jets in the pool will soon rejuvenate tired or aching muscles.
